Refund Policy

- If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- If you cancel your booking within 7 days but more than 24 hours before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
- If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your arrival date, you will not receive any refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the booking.
- In case of a no-show, you will not receive any refund and the full amount of the booking will be charged.
- In case of any unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from providing you with the accommodation or service you booked, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and offer you an alternative option or a full refund.

 Cancellation Policy

- You can cancel your booking online by logging into your account on our website and selecting the "Cancel Booking" option, or by contacting us via phone or email.
- You must provide us with your booking confirmation number and the reason for your cancellation.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email from us once your cancellation request is processed.
- You are responsible for any cancellation fees or charges imposed by third-party providers or partners, such as travel agents, airlines, or payment gateways.

- This refund and cancellation policy is in line with the Kenyan Consumer Protection Act, 2012¹, which regulates the rights and obligations of consumers and suppliers in relation to the supply of goods and services.
- This policy is subject to change without prior notice and is effective as of the date of your booking.
- By making a booking with us, you agree to abide by this policy and accept its terms and conditions.
