Rusinga Island, Tom Mboya Mausoleum & Ruma National Park
After An early breakfast at Ciala Resort and quick parking, we depart for the famous Rusinga Island through Luanda Kotieno using a Ferry. Enjoy a 45 min of a cozy warm lakeside breeze of Victoria, feel the blinding glossy white surface of the lake as a result of the reflection from the early morning sun. Take a seat, relax and this experience of a lifetime. Drive through the Mbita Causeway into Rusinga Island with a visit to Tom Mboya Mausoleum. Depart late afternoon to the only known home of the endangered Roan antelope, Ruma Nationa Park. After an evening game drive, drive back to the Lakeside City of Kisumu through Kendubay passing through Simbi Nyaima.
